Remodels and Repairs
As part of our business, we often remodel or repair existing decks and porches. Here is an example of a recent remodeling project. Click on the images to enlarge.
Before
This deck's wood was warping and deteriorating. The support columns were starting to give. It was a real safety hazard.
Here's a look at the rotted railings and deck warpage.
After
We remodeled by rebuilding the support structure, adding new upright columns, putting down composite decking, and adding maintenance-free railing.
We also installed a grand staircase with railing. A new vinyl lattice skirt was the finishing touch.
